All sales are made FOB Napa, CA. Orders are shipped by ground unless otherwise requested. All ground orders are shipped weather-permitting.

Due to state laws, we are able to ship wine only to those states which are reciprocal with California or states which have laws that explicitly permits shipment of wine directly to consumers. The laws regarding the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We will expand our shipping area when state laws permit.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes only to street addresses. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.
